You and Danielle (danielledimond) were separated at birth. I advise you confront your parents about this matter immediately.

Oh, and you should add her. Other than being your twin, she's a sweetheart.

He broke my heart when he went to Florida. I don't know if he even did anything, but I was still hurt so I got my revenge on a trip with some friends but I feel horrible about it and I regret it more than anything I've ever done,

My best friends boyfriend wont stop flirting with me but I can't tell her because I don't want her to turn it around on me, but I truly think he's the most disgusting guy I've ever seen and met in my entire life and if it weren't for her being my best friend, I would let him know just how I feel about him.

Getting back at a boyfriend or an ex rarely makes you feel better; it makes you feel dirty, like you stooped to their level. That's what I think, at least.

Yes, you can't say a word to your best friend about it because she WILL turn it back on you, somehow making you believe you encouraged it. Also, I've found it's best not to say anything to your friends if you disapprove of who they're going out with. I think eventually they'll figure it out on their own. I would, however, have a talk with him and tell him to please stop flirting with you.

Why Laurel? Just WHY do some people take some rating communities so seriously? It is not the end of the world if you do not get accepted into one. Don't get me wrong, I think they can be fun and great things to do if you're ever bored, but it's nothing to freak out about over.

*sighs in relief* I feel better now.

I regret having to post this on your own journal, but since someone finally grew the nads it takes to learn where the delete button and ban options are, I've had to. You did say we can post anything we want on this PUBLIC entry.

Now tell me, how exactly would you know how long it took me to type something? Perhaps an entry of that length would take YOU more than five minutes to compose, but I post them regularly, and it's a habit that has become second nature. You have no right to say something is a lie without FACT to prove it is, besides what you've pulled out of your asscrack.

I stated this was an RPG journal - I play Johnny Depp in a community, and "donkey penis" happens to be a nickname he coined for himself. If you knew a little more about the good actors in the world, you would've been aware of where that term came from.

As far as copyright laws? You're talking out of your ass again. I think YOU are the one who doesn't understand them. Don't call me "sweetie" and talk down to me with such disrespect, just because you don't want to keep better tabs on what your members do. If the screencaptures had not been in violation of terms of service, the host site would NOT have taken them down per my request. You say that because it was public that makes it free to copy... however, you seem to have the term "public" a little confused. Books are public, and yet plagarism even of the ideas held within them is a crime. In fact, I leave you with a quote on on-line copyright laws. As someone who runs an internet community, you might want to memorize it & some of the other laws on this website. Before any more of your members take actions that can result in legal charges. If your moderator who came to my journal had not apologized and explained herself, I was going to take legal action. Be glad she's smarter than yourself when it comes to manners and admitting she's wrong.
I can provide you with about 100 more like this if you need.

Toodles sweetheart, and I hope, for your sake, that you find some more manners sometime in your lifetime. When people apologize, it's not very nice to insult them and run them off.

Although I find you pompous, condescending, anal retentive, pedantic, and more than a little pathetic, I'm going to rather enjoy making you look like a fool.

Your post was 1,550 words (give or take a word or two). This works out to a rate of 310 words per minute. If you're claiming you can type 310 words/minute, it's absurd.

Mrs. Barbara Blackburn of Salem, Oregon can maintain 150 wpm for 50 min (37,500 key strokes) and attains a speed of 170 wpm using the Dvorak Simplified Keyboard (DSK) system. Her top speed was recorded at 212 wpm. Source: Norris McWhirter, ed. (1985), THE GUINNESS BOOK OF WORLD RECORDS, 23rd US edition, New York: Sterling Publishing Co., Inc.

The speed of 212 wpm was achieved using a special keyboard which I'm fairly certain you don't use. Also, your post was not a speed test. It was something you had to think about and then type out. So, once again, I feel 100% confident that there is NO WAY it only took you 5 minutes to type out that post. It, quite simply, is a lie. Also, I'll refrain from making any comment about your reference to pulling things out of my "asscrack."

I stated this was an RPG journal - I play Johnny Depp in a community, and "donkey penis" happens to be a nickname he coined for himself. If you knew a little more about the good actors in the world, you would've been aware of where that term came from.

I think very highly of Mr. Depp's acting abilities as I've seen almost all of his films. I prefer Russell Crowe as an actor, but that's not really relevant to the discussion.

Secondly, the minutiae of what aliases Mr. Depp uses while checked into a hotel are of little interest to me. However, I once again have to prove you wrong.

This is from an interview Mr. Depp gave to Playboy magazine in 1996:

PLAYBOY: You're known for dodging attention by using fake names when you check into hotels. But your pseudonyms make good copy. Mr. Donkey Penis?

DEPP: It's just that if you register as Mr. Poopy, for instance, you get a funny wake-up call. I used to use the name Mr. Stench; it was funny to be in a posh hotel and hear a very proper concierge call out, "Mr. Stench, please!" I never really stayed under the name Donkey Penis. That was an example I mentioned to a reporter once. But I have been Roid, Emma Roid.

Perhaps it is you that needs to know "a little more about the good actors in the world."

Finally, on to the matter of copyright infringement. I totally disagree with your interpretation that the words of your public post being reposted in our community is against copyright law. If you feel so strongly that you are in the right, I suggest you try and have our community suspended for this very grievous act that was committed.

I can show you one example that clearly is in violation of copyright laws, and that is this:

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket

I'm assuming you received permission from the person who owns the rights to that photograph to use it as an avatar, right?

As usual, it's been my pleasure to prove you wrong in so many areas. However, there's no need to thank me; I like to educate those who are clearly in need of it. =]

You don't need to make me look like a fool, because you're the one who certainly appears to be one.

Five minutes was an approximation. You can pull up all the figures in the world to try and prove me wrong, but the point is, I didn't spend copious ammounts of time typing that. I had it all thought out before I put it to ink, so to speak, and I merely had to type what was on my mind and make a few slight alterations to typos before hitting enter. I don't know the exact time it took me to do that, but it certainly wasn't as long as you seem to want to make me think it was. Perhaps if it didn't take you so long to imagine and execute the words you blather, you wouldn't doubt my abilities. I did it while I was waiting on some discs to burn anyways, so it certainly wasn't a waste of idle time.
I also type 154 WPM, last time it was tested. One of my uncles is a professional typist, and if you really like, I'll get him on the phone for you and he can explain all the lies and scandals in the typing industry. Although, I imagine you'd say he was a liar as well, and he doesn't take well to that... so I'll save you the pain of the lecture he'd give you. If you want to waste your energy going to all the trouble to calculate exactly how long it took me at that rate, go right ahead.

You brought up Johnny Depp's hotel aliases when you decided to insult the username I had. That article is not the ONLY place Johnny Depp and the name were ever thrown together. It was a television interview I saw on an abscure station in 2003, shortly before 'Pirates of the Caribbean' was released, where he said (as a joke) that he used it. I don't remember the show, nor the exact quote, but you're so vastly talented at looking random shit up I'm sure you can find it. I've also read the article mentioned in the Playboy article - which I'm amazed you found with such ease, visit that site a lot? - where he first coined the term. So technically, I'm not wrong. HE uttered the phrase first.
Why does the name "donkey_penis" bother you so much anyways? Because you'll never find one in your life to hump? It uses no foul language, and LJ let it through, so it's really none of your business.

Give me ONE valid reason why TinyPic would've taken down the image if it didn't violate their terms of service? Friends of mine have requested images, even of themselves, be taken down countless times, and only once were their requests obliged - because what was posted was a violation of privacy! You're may not seem to find the internet worthy of the great, strenuous effort acting polite would be out of you, but most servers tend to take it seriously. And if you would read the fucking webpage I left you a link to, you'd be aware that it WAS in violation of copyright laws. You just don't want to see in print the fact you're a fool and can only believe what you make up and pull out of your ass. I have a CC copyright on my journal, and it was violated with that image. Go find out what that is, and get back to me, 'kay sweetie?

Considering *I* didn't make that avatar, I don't have much to worry about. There are plenty of people all over the internet who use the ones they've made for themselves, and I have never once heard of a case of someone being sued over an avatar. Most images of actors, unless specifically blazened with a copyright, fall under rights closer to that of a CC copyright. By the way, since I know you didn't read through that webpage I sent you, if you change an image enough, for instance - making it a thumbnail, which is usually 200x200, twice the size of what LJ allows as icons, there is no need to worry about copyrights. I believe that's why LJ instituted the 100x100 pixel rule. Both to prevent their users being attacked over copyright laws, and to keep icons from crashing their servers. Once again, brush up on the law before you try to use it against someone else.
At least I'm not such a whore I find the need to use icons of myself half naked instead.

You really need to get a life. It's ridiculous how hellbent on proving me wrong you are. I can't see why in the world it could mean so much to you. And yet you fail to ever accept the fact you're wrong yourself!

Five minutes was an approximation....

I don't believe it was anywhere close to five minutes. Nor do I believe that you type at 154 wpm. If you do, that is close to world-record time for typing on a keyboard so you'll pardon my skepticism. Even at a well-above-average speed of 75 wpm that would've taken you 20 minutes to write.

Fine though, if you really want to prove to me that you type that fast, take the test below:

http://www.typingtest.com/

Send me a screen capture of your results. Yeah, I don't think that's going to be forthcoming any time soon. LOLOL! Again, you amuse me with your feeble excuses.

You brought up Johnny Depp's hotel aliases when you decided to insult the username I had. That article is not the ONLY place Johnny Depp and the name were ever thrown together. It was a television interview I saw on an abscure station in 2003....

Actually, I found multiple sources that have him saying he never used it as an official alias. I just decided to post the one from the Playboy interview because that was the earliest reference to it that i could find. I've never found any source that says he actually used it like you claim you have seen on an "abscure" television station. I know you have trouble admitting when you're wrong, but guess what, you are not even technically correct. =]

Give me ONE valid reason why TinyPic would've taken down the image if it didn't violate their terms of service? ...

God, could you be more idiotic? I'll give you the reason why they took it down - "law suit." If someone bitches and complains enough to them about an image they'll take it down, and I'm quite sure that you're very capable of bitching and complaining more than enough for them to do just that. Yes, I read the entire page that you linked me to and there was nothing that covered the situation that you're speaking of - posting comments from a PUBLIC journal. Also, your journal is most certainly not copyrighted.

"CREATIVE COMMONS CORPORATION IS NOT A LAW FIRM AND DOES NOT PROVIDE LEGAL SERVICES. DISTRIBUTION OF THIS LICENSE DOES NOT CREATE AN ATTORNEY-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP. CREATIVE COMMONS PROVIDES THIS INFORMATION ON AN "AS-IS" BASIS. CREATIVE COMMONS MAKES NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE INFORMATION PROVIDED, AND DISCLAIMS LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ITS USE."

Put your little "CC" in there all you want, the above shows that it means jack shit. All that Creative Commons license does is allow you to GIVE AWAY more rights than you already have.

Considering *I* didn't make that avatar, I don't have much to worry about. ...
At least I'm not such a whore I find the need to use icons of myself half naked instead.

Nobody has ever been sued over an avatar to my knowledge, also, but that still doesn't mean that avatars don't break copyright laws. Believe me, taking pictures that you don't own the rights to, whatever their size, is copyright infringement. Since I've been faked on LJ and myspace I know more than enough in this area. Of course nobody's going to sue over an avatar, but the fact remains that someone COULD if they wanted to. And your excuse that you got it from someone else is ridiculous. It's the same as accepting property that you know was the result of theft; ignorance is not a valid excuse.

Oh, and if I looked like you, I wouldn't post an avatar of me either. On the other hand, I'm more than satisfied with posting avatars of myself. =]

I have to go. Thanks for allowing me to give you another written beat down. I guess not all of us "Barbies" are so stupid after all. I think I'll leave you with my "half-naked" avatar again since you seem to enjoy it so much. =]

How do you make it so that a community is friends only by default? That way when members post they don't need to worry about making sure its friends only.
